In this tutorial, we will guide you through the Email Deliverability menu in cPanel. The Email Deliverability feature is a powerful tool for managing the deliverability of emails sent from your website or application. It provides useful information about the status of your domain, and allows you to take actions to improve your email delivery rates.

Accessing the Email Deliverability Menu

To access the Email Deliverability menu, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your cPanel account.
  2. Find the Email section.
  3. Click on Email Deliverability.

Understanding the Email Deliverability Feature

The Email Deliverability feature is broken down into several components:

  • Domain: This shows the domain name that is associated with your cPanel account.
  • Problems Exist (DKIM): This section shows whether your domain has a valid DKIM record. DKIM is a method of validating the authenticity of email messages.
  • Problems Exist (SPF): This section shows whether your domain has a valid SPF record. SPF is used to specify which mail servers are allowed to send email for your domain.

Improving Email Deliverability

To improve your email deliverability, you can take several actions using the Email Deliverability feature in cPanel:

  1. Repair: If there are problems with your DKIM or SPF records, you can click the Repair button to automatically fix these issues.
  2. If you don't have a DKIM or SPF record, you can click the Install the Suggested Record button to create these records.

Additional tips

Remember, improving email deliverability is not a one-time task. It requires regular monitoring and adjustments to ensure your emails reach their intended recipients.
